Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy is to process all orders within 1 to 2 business days (we're nice people and we don't make our team work on the weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We'll send you another notification email when your order is on the way.
During busy periods such as the busy summer wedding season, it may take longer than usual to ship your subscription boxes out to you. USPS and Canada Post are usually our friends, but sometimes they run into issues that are outside of our control. So we're asking (pretty please) for your patience in advance.
Shipping Policy Within Continental U.S.
For all wedding-themed boxes or gift items, we're happy to cover the cost of shipping to all 50 states in the Continental U.S. All of our orders ship via USPS unless there's something going on that we know about in advance. If so, we may choose to ship via another courier. That way, you're not anxiously checking your mailbox more than necessary.
All of our U.S. orders ship from Ohio - "The Buckeye State". Your exact delivery date will depend on where you are located in the U.S. Typical shipping time is about 1 to 2 weeks after your order has been processed.
Shipping Policy For Canada
For all wedding-themed boxes or gift items, we're happy to cover the cost of shipping to "The Great White North". And yes, this means all provinces and territories in Canada. All of our orders ship via Canada Post from our Ontario fulfilment centre.
Your exact delivery date will depend on where you are located in proximity to Ontario. The typical shipping time is approximately 7 business days after your order has been processed.
International Shipping Policy
We offer international shipping! Please contact us via chat or email us at HereToHelp@MrsAtLastBox.com for a quote before placing your order.
International items have been averaging at least one (1) month. This does not take into account any customs checks once arriving in the destination country.
Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mrs… At Last!™ is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
- When your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification from us.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email notification indicating that your shipment is on the way.
- If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us via chat or email us at HereToHelp@MrsAtLastBox.com with your name and order number, and we'll track down the details for you.
- When your shipment has been successfully delivered, you will receive one last confirmation email from us.
