We’ve spent a ton of time finding quality products at a price point that is super affordable for a monthly subscription. For this reason, we cannot customise boxes at this time.

We’re here for the happily ever after, so we want to be sure you love what we do. But if there is any reason that you don’t fall hopelessly in love with our boxes, let us know. We’ll refund 100% of your cost regardless of how many months subscription you have left. We promise we’ll make it easy for you to break up with us. We use a safe and secure 128-bit encryption payment system. There will be a pending transaction on the credit card for the subscription box you choose, and within a few business days, the transaction will be posted to your credit card.

No one is happy being in a relationship they aren’t into. If you’re unhappy with your boxes, please contact us via chat or email us at HereToHelp@MrsAtLastBox.com. We’ll assist you in cancelling your subscription.

We have a rigorous quality inspection process with our suppliers and warehouse. But we’re all human, and mistakes happen. Please reach out to us through chat or email HereToHelp@MrsAtLastBox.com, and we’ll be more than happy to make it right!

Who likes paying for shipping? Nobody! Standard shipping within the Continental US and Canada is free, with a delivery time of approximately 7 to 10 business days. However, if you need the boxes shipped out sooner, there are options available for Express or Priority Express shipping services at an additional cost.

We absolutely do ship to our friends in the Great White North - at no charge! Please note that boxes are shipped within Canada via Canada Post from Ontario. Depending on where you live relative to Ontario, you can receive your package in about 3 to 5 business days!

We currently ship to all 50 Continental U.S. states and Canada! If you live outside of the U.S. or Canada and are interested in receiving our gift boxes, contact us via chat or email us HereToHelp@MrsAtLastBox.com to discuss shipping options.
